森づくりイベント [ファミリー]
We went to plant trees. Trees are planted in the mountains and managed for 10 years. The young trees need to be protected from hungry deer, and weeds need to be removed to make sure the trees can grow big and strong. I heard that it is better to take good care of forests. I realized that neglecting the forest is not good for the environment.
First of all, this is the purpose of my participation in this event. I wanted to participate in this event because my children study environmental issues at school, but I wanted them to experience it for themselves. Secondly, I am concerned about the environment. There is a term called the 3Rs. The 3Rs are “Reduce,” “Reuse,” and “Recycle”. We usually do as much as we can, but I would like to continue the discussion with the children.
